BnC was created as a response to the “Big Box” stores, as well as the little repair shops, it seems that our competition feels that their skill set allows them to set rates that are outrageous, and to provide service that is sometimes questionable.

At BnC we have serveral goals/beliefs:

• To be honest – While others may be out to up-sell you or pad their time-sheets, at bnC we are dedicated to solving your problems in the most efficient and affordable manner possible.
• To be respectful – We understand that users will make mistakes, however we will never criticize our clients, or berate them. We will, however, explain what caused the issue and explain what steps can be taken to prevent it. We would rather educate our clients to help themselves, rather than talk down to them and make them reliant on us.
• To be affordable – Finding technical support can be very expensive, at BnC we strive to be an affordable solution to solving your issue. Whether it be a simple install, or a major repair/replacement we will strive to provide our services at an affordable rate. We also provide a 10 hour limit, after 10 hours of billable time we stop charging! This provides you with a maximum charge possible, but also keeps us honest in what we bill.
• To provide quality service – While we are affordable, we are also educated. The owner of BnC Puters, Brandon R. Halsne, has completed an Associates in Science with a focus on Network Administration form North Iowa Area Community College, which included the Cisco NetAcadmey program. He also has completed his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems.

Overall we will strive to provide an affordable, quality solution to all your information technology needs, whether it be a simple install of anti-virus to a full out build of a custom computer.
